It’s now time for brand owners to book a code of conduct review and a self-assessment questionnaire (SAQ) interview for 2021 with an approved verifier.
For most brand owners, the due date for completing the interview and review is before December this year. You can find the exact due date for your organization in TCO Certified Portal.
The interview is important since it will help provide information on your organization’s overall supply chain progress during the last three years. It will be carried out in accordance with the SAQ template for TCO Certified, generation 8. Next year, the SAQ template will be revised to reflect the news and best practices in supply chain risk management.
