One of the substances on TCO Certified Accepted Substance List have been re-assessed by independent toxicologists during October since the previous assessment was about to expire.
The re-assessment was initiated by the chemical suppliers to keep their flame retardant on TCO Certified Accepted Substance List. Only benchmarks based on valid assessment reports can be shown on the list. The chemical manufacturer must make sure that assessments are updated and share research information with an approved independent GreenScreen toxicologist.
