On 3 July, we published new versions of TCO Certified Edge 2.1 for displays and TCO Certified Edge 1.1 for all-in-one computers. Learn how to apply for certification to both the new and old versions.
Using an old version
You can apply for TCO Certified Edge 2.0 (displays) and TCO Certified Edge 1.0 (all-in-one PCs) until 3 December 2024. The product must first be certified to TCO Certified, generation 9. The TCO Certified Edge certificates connected to these versions will be valid until the sunset date for generation 9, which is 3 December 2026.
Please note that you can choose to keep the old version of TCO Certified Edge until 3 December 2026 instead of upgrading it, even if your product is upgraded to TCO Certified, generation 10.
Applying to a new version
From 4 December, we will only accept applications for the new versions, TCO Certified Edge 2.1 and TCO Certified Edge 1.1. To apply, your products must first be certified to TCO Certified, generation 10.
