All certified products must be independently verified to meet all criteria in TCO Certified, and factories are independently verified and monitored throughout the life of the certificate. Certification requirements include mandatory product testing, factory risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring. All verification is handled by independent verifiers accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025. Each test and verification body is reviewed regularly by TCO Development and independent, accreditation organizations.
