Mengmeng Cui 崔萌萌

Senior Circular Economy Consultant and Researcher, NARRATERRA Research and Advisory Ltd.

Mengmeng Cui is a circular economy and sustainability consultant. She has served on the Singapore ISO mirror committee as a circular economy expert for the development of the ISO 59000 series on circular economy. She is the founder of NarraTerra Research & Advisory, a Singapore-based consulting firm that helps SMEs transition to circular and nature-positive models through long-term, retention-based support. With over 20 years of experience across Asia and Europe, including 10 years as a core member of Accenture’s Sustainability Services team in Singapore, Mengmeng bridges global frameworks with practical implementation. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Climate Change and Sustainable Development Policies at the University of Lisbon.

Alan Puah

Founder and Group Managing Director, Rentalworks

A trailblazer in sustainable IT, Alan Puah is the Founder and Group Managing Director of Rentalworks, a regional leader in circular IT lifecycle solutions. He brings over 20 years of expertise in IT lifecycle management and Device-as-a-Service (DaaS). Under his leadership, Rentalworks has driven widespread circular economy adoption across Southeast Asia. A respected voice in the industry, Alan has been featured in The Edge Malaysia, interviewed on BFM 89.9, and invited to speak on green procurement and sustainable IT adoption by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) of Hong Kong, the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI), and the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM). He previously led Blancco Technology Group’s expansion across Southeast Asia and China and continues to advocate for responsible IT practices regionally.

Alvin Piadasa

Group Sustainability Director, SK tes

Alvin, founder and former managing director of SK tes Australia and New Zealand, part of the TES Group, is now based in Singapore as Group Head of Sustainability. A strong advocate of circular strategies, he has helped transform SK tes from an e-recycling firm into a sustainable service organization supporting global goals such as sustainable consumption and climate action. Beyond ESG reporting and impact reduction, he drives innovation and change while building relationships with clients, shareholders, and stakeholders, positioning SK tes as a leader in sustainability within the IT lifecycle management industry.

Clare Hobby

Director, TCO Development

Clare Hobby leads external engagement for TCO Certified, the worldwide sustainability certification for IT products. A global sustainability advocate for over 20 years, Clare works with procurement and policymakers around the world to take action on critical environmental, climate and social responsibility challenges connected to the technology life cycle. Clare currently serves in board and advisory roles with the Sustainable Purchasing Leadership Council, the Clean Electronics Production Network and the UK Government Digital Sustainability Alliance, holding qualifications from University of Melbourne, Northwestern, and Harvard.
