If you have certificates issued under the previous generation of TCO Certified, please remember to upgrade these to the latest generation before November 11, 2017.
Clarification – Acoustic noise measurements in Notebooks, Desktops and All-in-one PCs
We have seen some inconsistencies in acoustic noise measurements for TCO Certified Notebooks 5.0, TCO Certified All-in-one PCs 4.0 and TCO Certified Desktops 5.0. Therefore, we will include the following clarification (in red) in our next generation of TCO Certified. We are already using this principle:

The report, Impacts and Insights, measures the most recent effects of the latest generation TCO Certified. The criteria focus on increased brand owner responsibility for supply chain working conditions and conflict minerals initiatives along with a new approach to identifying safer flame retardant chemicals. The current generation of TCO Certified, launched in November 2015, places greater overall responsibility for product and factory compliance on brand owners.
