New versions of the battery estimation template and the repairability index template are now available on our website. They are aligned with the updated criteria in TCO Certified, generation 10 and should be used for applications to the new generation.
In the battery estimation template, the main differences are:
- The limit for the rated capacity is increased to 90% SOH.
- Columns about the estimated optimum battery performance have been removed.
- We have added a column for the 300th cycle of the test. (If a battery is tested for more than the minimum of 300 cycles, we still need to verify the minimum requirement for the 300th cycle.)
The main differences in the repairability index template (smartphones, tablets and notebooks) are:
- Options for fasteners have been updated to reflect all options in the criterion.
- The drop-down menu for spare parts has been updated.
