TCO Development intends to add cleaning solvents to the TCO Certified Accepted Substance List as part of TCO Certified, generation 9.

The first addition of process chemicals to TCO Certified Accepted Substance List is now available (ASL). The draft of the list is intended to prepare supply chain manufacturers for a smooth transition to making responsible choices of cleaning solvents used on production lines of TCO Certified products.

For more details on how to add chemicals to the TCO Certified Accepted Substance List for non-halogenated flame retardants, plasticizers or process chemicals, contact Stephen Fuller, Senior criteria manager at TCO Development.
