On 1 June, we will introduce new invoicing rules. The payment period is extended by 15 days and a penalty fee is introduced for late payments.
After the effective date, all invoices must be settled within 45 days of the invoice date. This is an increase of 15 days compared to current invoice payment rules.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring timely payments. Late payments will result in a penalty fee of 250 EUR per invoice. The fee is intended to cover the administrative costs associated with late payments and to encourage prompt settlement of invoices.
